Yo Theodric,

I have that big fir stump and my brother has the stump of a red oak for Vermoon(Blaine).

I will try and get them loaded into my truck, hoping I do not burst my gut doing so.

I figure he can imbed the red oak in the larger fir round to stabalize the smaller oak.

The oak should be better for forming helmets on as it will not compress in the slightest and will not get pitch all over the work.
